Advance Concrete

We hired Mr Troy Fleener with Advance Concrete out of Buffalo Center Iowa to pour a concrete slab for our shop. He was real nice at first to work with. After he did the job no water would drain to the drain it all would run to the walls and there was lots of standing water. You could see big waves in the floor and it was not good at all . We had a building guy look at it and also said it would not work. Come to find out after calling the company that brought the concrete to find a good contractor they told me that Mr Troy Fleener has lots of people upset with him because of poor concrete jobs. We call this to his att and he got very very mad started to curse throw things and said that we and other people did not know what they were talking about. We showed him how the water would run to the walls and not the drain and all the standing water and he wanted to argue with us and say it was correct. We had no choice but to have it tore up and had to find another contractor to come to the job right. We would suggest to everyone else do not use this fly by night guy . He just out for the quick buck and to screw you over . Iowa.
