Advance Transmissions & Emissions

Took my truck into his shop for transmissions issues. I just had my engine rebuilt through another company. We discussed what was going on and that I needed it to be able to pass emissions. After about 2 weeks he I called to see what was going on and he says that he put in a transmission that really didn’t belong to my truck so it would pass emissions but that he had to take it back out when I was done. I said no, I want my truck fixed not bandaged. 2 more weeks go by and he says my truck is all set. I go to pick it up and as I’m driving home the truck starts acting up. I take it back to him and he says it’s going to cost XXX amount of money. A week goes by and I pick up my truck. Not only is it not acting right, it’s worse. I take it to the guy who rebuilt my engine and he says that my tranmission is still shot and he screwed up my new motor. I go back to Greg Kaiser and he denies any wrond going but says he’ll fix the transmission and look at the engine. I tell him I am not spending any more than $2500. He says ok. I come back a week later and some of the wires are held together with little grocery bag ties. I start to discuss this with him and he says he’ll fix that up for an additional $400. By this time we are in a heated arguement and I told him no more $$ is coming out of my pocket and he’ll fix it. He jumps INTO my truck and starts kicking the inside, throwing this ridiculous temper tantrum. I pull him out of my truck, have many heated words again and leave. A week later my brand new truck was vandalized and sparyed with a high grade, professional paint remover. I’m a pretty low key guy so I guarantee this was no coincidence. A few motnhs later, I receive lawsuit paperwork from Greg Kaiser saying I caused him emotional damages. Judge throws out the case and as we left he yells out of his truck “I hope your truck doesn’t mind a little more paint remover”. Needless to say I had an injunction put against him. What a psycho!
