I was just appalled by the unprofessional behaviour that they represented. First of all the current guide me or provide me with any guidance for any of the procedures that I asked for. Second of all, they said that the doctor was not available when I started asking too many questions. The front desk attendant was agitated did not want to answer. So many questions. Her exact words were ‘Why so many questions if you want answers to your questions looking to the catalogue you would find all your answers whatever procedures you need to do. They’re all in the catalogue. You can look for your answers there. Don’t bother me’. That was how she behaved. I mean what kind of service you are providing if this goes on definitely. Nobody would be visiting their facility ever again? I was completely taken aback by her attitude towards patients.
Don’t know how the doctors actually are. But the first impression that I got from the facility was more than enough to tell me that I do not want to. Get my procedures done from there. I wouldn’t want an unfriendly environment where I would not be comfortable to get my procedures done. I wouldn’t be able to take it. I would rather suggest to nobody should go there because it is definitely not good for them. I would request the management to look into the matters. But if the management doesn’t definitely they would lose out on business.
