Customer representative hanged up on my face while i was still talking, while requesting them to pick their empty trash cans We signed the contract for three months to pick up the trash on every friday. But they never showed up on friday, so we cancelled the service. But they asked us to keep the empty trash cans so that they will pick them up. Interestingly they never came to pick the trash cans …we waited for 3 weeks, called them 4-5 times. But they never showed up. Finally on 5/08/2014 at 4.05pm, i called and asked them to pick the trash cans. i told them that i am not gonna call them back if they fail to pick them this time. Then the agent told me that he would charge me $75. I have no clue for what. I kept the trash cans on three different days/times outside the house…when i was asking the reason why he would charge and was still talking but the agent hanged up on my face saying he would charge me if the trash cans are not picked up. HOW MANY TIMES SHOULD WE KEEP THE TRASH CANS OUTSIDE? INSTEAD OF APOLOGISING, HE was RUDE and hanged up on face. ITS REALLY UNCALLED FOR.
