Miscommunication? – This is not the last one from you to me. 2. Against company policy? – your action is against employment standard board and the useless union 3. Casual Status – I never being call to work again, . 4. Offer you vacation/sick coverage – I called you back and you said I would have none of that. 5. Availability form – I never receive them, can you give me one now, oh I am sorry, Katie Magel is working for Colliers now. 6. Eligible to apply for any new job opening – If there are job opening, I never hear it from you. 7. Termination of my employment – You never fired me, never give me any casual job, never call me to work.
