I contacted this company to get a price on a new engine for my 1999 Chevy Pickup based on the fact that they advertise that they are part of the BBB because they are using the BBB symbol on their website. They are also using the symbols for the major car manufacturer in the United States so I assumed that I could get a brand new Chevy crate engine built by GM and I found out that they sell rebuilt engines not new GM engines from General Motors. Then I found out that they are not a member of the BBB at all. I couldnt find them anywhere. When I started asking the girl on the phone more questions she became uncomfortable and tried to hurry me off the phone. It was at that point that I knew what they had on the internet was incorrect.Upon doing more research I found out that they dont even build these engines themselves like they claim too. How a company can go online and make all these false claims and also claim to be part of the BBB is a disheartening. I ended up buying an engine from a different company but I could not stand back without lodging a complaint about their advertising practices. Thank goodness I was lucky and did my research but I am concerned about the next person who doesnt do their research. My recommendation would be BUYER BEWARE!
