Advantage ENT and Audiology

I had some surgery with Dr. Hartemink at this location. before we had started I had asked what the total cost of everything would be. She got back with me a week later and I said lets move forward. I had paid everything in the next few months as the bills were coming in. Now a year later they are asking for more money then what was original talked about paying. I had already paid out 10 months ago more then what I was originally quoted before hand. I had been trying to call this doctors office for a week to get someone on the phone. | Well today 12-7-2015 I got Judy on the phone finally. She said that they didn’t receive a payment. I said I had already paid everything a year ago. She said they were not that organized but that they found my Bill being outstanding. I was trying to explain the amounts of what I was told and also what had transpired and when I was done there, there was a pause. So I said hello and she said it back. Then I said did you hear anything I just said and she replied with NO you owe the money in a ruder tone now. that’s when I got pissed and said I am not paying this and will be reporting you all over the internet which I am doing right now.
