I ordered an ac unit for our race car trailer. It came in the mail we were excited because we were going to be traveling this weekend. The unit came and it was destroyed the brackets and screws were missing the casing was cracked and covered with grease the metal lining was broken and ripped. I contacted the company via email because they have no customer service phone number which I should have investigated prior because that usually means it’s a scam. I was told three separate times in three different emails that my case Number had been closed thanks for shopping. Finally after spending nearly 600.00 I contacted PayPal and filed a dispute. The company sent me an email originally stating they are sorry my unit arrived broken and that a customer service representative would contact me shortly that never happened. I received an email today saying that this is the unit I ordered I ordered a broken ac unit for the same price a new unit costs? Yea that makes sense we’ll see what happens but like the other people have reported this site I see I’m going to have a problem. I have never ordered something and been a victim of such a thing. When I returned to there website I see that they have other items listed for 15 dollars less and they say s/d on them I’m guessing this is scratch and dent models they speak of. Should the item description say hey you are going to save 15 dollars and receive a broken unit. Furthermore when I placed the order my item description did not say s/d on it I was willing to pay the full amount after all when your spending 600 on such an item you want the best. Do not order anything from this company you will regret it. .
