My wife and children also had reservations. I called to cancel approximate 02/06/2018 and I was told that I could not be refunded. I spoke to a rep at Aeromexico and was told that I could only get a refund for one of 2 reasons, medical or illegal. And the reason I canceled was due to a cancellation order of deportation that was I had the pleasure of canceling my flight. Therefore I am sending this email in request of my refund. I understood that usually this kind of personal training equipment do not charge, even though I could accept as like another bag. That was told us first time. But later charged me $150 US dollars by it. My complain is 2 things, . 1. First moment told us it will be $55 because Golf equipment, and then the other counter man assist to lady who attended us, the golf equipment do not need to charge. But the lady did not know how to classify (it looks be to me) and then went to consult or ask to supervisor. Later she told us it will be $150. I guess everyone must get upset or disappointed at this situation. I would like to get full refund or part of that charge because to my understand not fare. 2. 1. On May 20, 2019 I, went on line, and paid AEROMEXICO HOUSTON TX USA. A. $331.20 for a round trip ticket from GDL to FAT, Dep. 6/18, Ret. 6/23. B. $31.20 for baggage.. 2.I saw the money for the my account the next day. 3.I In a two days I began looking for the email that confirmed my flight and found nothing. 4. On the 26th I called Aeromexico and asked what email account my confirmation had been sent to. The agent said no ticket in my name had been purchased. I told her of the bank charges and he told me to call Expedia! 5. I spoke with bank who confirmed I had dutectly booked with and paid Aeromexico. 6. On 3 more occasions I called Aeromexico, said I have bought tickets and NEED reservation confirmation to access an book into my flight. Every agent said there was no tickets in for and they they had no email fit me. 7. When told Aeromexucico charged me they said well you must not have provided some inforation or said to file a complaint. 8. Today I spoke with Amparo who used my card number to find I WAS issued ticket # [protected] 1923.It has been purged on she says she has no way to see WHERE if ANYWHERE they ever sent an email or reservation number. But Louise, my wife, received very bad news from her physician after her annual medical checkup appointment. She was diagnosed with a severe and aggressive cancer to her pancreas and liver. I have waited until now to contact you because I was waiting on her oncologist prognostic on her chance of survival. She probably won”t survive to next Feb and even if she would, she probably would not be in good enough physical condition to travel anywhere. 26/07/2019, aeromexico forcibly made me pay $1550.00 mexican pesos for transit without visa (twov) “service” for passing through paris de gaulle airport heading johannesburg. Susana medina (clerk)& andre valeria munos (supervisor) were rude and racially profilled me and my colleagues out of the 200+ passangers in flight am03. We were the only black passengers who were escorted and had their passports confiscated through out the flight, we were made to stop and board last and no one explained why this twov has never been communicated to us prior ticket purchase, but it was used as a must pay service. Some of the colleagues (8/9) had already been checked in and were told to bring their passports and boarding passess back in order to be made to pay for the twov. Of the 3 check-in clerks who attended the 8 colleagues, none picked up the need for the so called twov. The 8 who had checked in were threatened with being removed from the flight, and have their checked-in luggage removed from the plane. No official from aeromexico am03 accompanied or handed us over to the french airport personnel, as per the understanding of paying the twov and no one in france requested the paperwork for the twov. Which only shows that the service was not only unnecessary but fraudulent in nature.

3.24.2017 Flight AM 662 My checked bag from Guadalajara to San Francisco was surveyed, and what a mess was left of my packed belongings! My bag is always checked, so this was no surprise. The issue was the condition in which it was left, as well as missing property. Specifically, I had a compartment bag where I store my jewelry and many necklaces so they do not tangle. Upon arrival to San Francisco, I opened my bag to check if there had been any issues. The bag was hastily shoved in my suitcase, and there were tangles of my necklaces and jewelry strewn all over the contents of my baggage. Also, I had $40 cash in the compartment which is nowhere to be found, and was clearly stolen when my bag was searched. This is outrageously unacceptable behavior for government employees.

A complaint regarding my rebooking: I have a complaint regarding the way that this voucher was presented to me. AreoMexico offered me the voucher for $600 American Funds based on my agreement to re-book on a flight 5 hours later to Mexico City. They guaranteed me that I would still make my connecting flight with this re-booked flight. After I agreed I checked with the airline and was told that my re-booked flight was delayed. It had been delayed since 8pm the night before – that means that Aeromexico re-booked me on this flight KNOWING that I would not make my connecting flight. As a result I was forced to stay in the airport until I could get another flight. I was there all morning instead of flying out at 6:00 AM. This cost me a lot of time. Instead of landing at around 8pm as they promised I landed at 11:30pm, and missed an important meeting. On top of that, I was caused a lot of distress trying to arrange a new flight out of YYZ while in the airport. I realize that by agreeing to wait for the next flight that I would run the risk of that flight being cancelled. But Areomexico was dishonest with me when re-booking. They should have told me that the new flight had been delayed since 8pm. I would not have agreed to sit out on the overbooked flight if they had provided that information. When we arrived on board we were greeted by our friends also seated in business class. Roberto, van warmer alexsandra van warmer and dasia van warmer. We stopped to say hello and sandra said hello to the girls who were seated in row #1. I continued to my seat in row 3 and sandra came to her seat next to me after saying hello to the girls who were very happy to see her. After she sat down a short flight attendant with short hair came from isle to isle 2. She told sandra who was seated next to me that she was drunk and the captain wanted he off the aircraft. Sandra is a beautiful educated mexican woman who does not drink. The flight attendant appeared to be stressed out or on some sort of upper pills such as speed. Both sandra and I stated that she was not drunk or even drinking, she was just saying hello to the van warmer girls. The flight attendant ignored our pleas and stated the captain wanted her off the flight. Upon refusing to leave the flight the flight attendant told sandra that she was going to call the federal police to physically remove her from the flight. I told sandra to let her call the federal police because she was not drunk or even drinking. Within minutes four federal police arrived on the aircraft. They began talking with sandra and determined that she was not drunk or intoxicated and stated this to the flight attendant. They refused to remove sandra from the aircraft stating this was not a matter for the police. The flight attendant was even more enraged and insisted that the captain wanted sandra off the aircraft. She then called the ground crew to help remove sandra from the aircraft. The ground crew stated that the flight would be cancelled if sandra did not exit the aircraft. Upon considering the flight being cancelled with robert thompson and I missing our important business meeting in london she decided she would exit the aircraft. As she got up to leave the flight attendant told me I would have to leave also. For what reason??? Upon hearing this I refused to get off the airplane and told sandra to remain seated. The ground crew begged me to please get off the airplane. They said that the captain was going cancel the flight within two minutes if we did not exit. I did not want the flight to be cancelled and people going through all kinds of grief “including” my three friends, robert thompson and 280 passengers rebuking flights and hotels because of sandra and I in the middle of the night. They gave us two tickets on aero mexico to nyc at 6:40 am connecting with delta airline to london. They told robert thompson to remain seated that we would be just a couple hours behind him arriving in london via nyc. As we exited the aircraft we went to the aero mexico ticket counter with a couple ground crew members. The person in charge ask to see our tickets and upon giving them to him he tore then up. He stated that we were only told we would have tickets to get us off the aircraft and that we could not board another aero mexico flight for 72 hours. I could not believe what I was hearing that they deliberately lied to me and sandra and left us stranded in the airport. Mr thompson was on his way to london because the flight crew told him we were right behind him on aero mexico. He was just attending to me going to london. Was unable to attend the meeting in london without me and the meeting was canceled. He stayed until the friday in the pre booked hotel were we had reserved prepaid rooms. He returned on the returned flight friday the 22nd. Aeromexico Airlines. We arrived Mexico Airport at 4:40 a.m., told to go gate 78 for connecting flight 569 to Cancun @8:20. I asked flight crew at gate 3 times to look at my ticket to confirm at right gate. I was treated rudely and disrespected every time and pushed away. Checked screen again said gate 78. At 8:00 we panicked when fourth time crew member finally said we were at wrong place. I was hysterical and ran across entire airport to get our flight and was denied boarding. Devastated and crying, I went to customer service, then to L1 to get ticket next flight, waited in line so long it was too late for next flight so got ticket for next flight 2 hours later Counter #117 Ericka Martinez made us pay $350 and would not let me talk to supervisor. I later found supervisor NAYELI explained situation that we had no money left to spend on vacation because we were treated so badly and given the wrong information 3 times who “authorized transfer” “and said to “go back to L1 counter to get our money back”. We went back #117 Erika Martinez told her what supervisor said and would not let me talk to supervisor there. She refunded part of our money and handed our tickets back with gate info. We waited, boarded plane and was told NO! ticked cancelled. This clearly was a huge mistake by Ms. Martinez and again I had to go back to L1 Counter and purchase ANOTHER ticket and charged my husband $350. My husband is very sick and this was very detrimental to his health. We spent the entire day in the airport and was extremely stressed. Our patience was met with hostility and the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I also spoke with supervisor Maurico Perez Franga as well and he assured me I was entitled to a refund and the process would take 10-15 days due to your employee”s mistake that caused us to miss an entire day of our vacation.

Aeromexico canceled a flight that I had booked and paid for on my credit card. They rebooked me without my consent on an alternative flight that departed on a day I was unable to fly on. After numerous calls they agreed to refund the two tickets. The “refund record” that they emailed me is dated 8/20/19. They told me it could take 4 to 8 weeks. Today is October 17, 2019 and I still have not received the refunds. I have placed numerous calls to customer service, I have emailed the aeromexico complaint team and there have not been any resolutions as I still do not have my refund. Aeromexico charged my card twice for what should have been a single charge for one extra bag. I flew from IAD to PVR September 30, 2013, to vacation. On October 7, I checked my bank account and discovered that Aeromexico had charged me twice for my one extra bag. I called customer service, I e-mailed them several times, I called again. Every time my e-mail response came from a different representative requesting the same information. It is now November 7, and they have yet to credit my account. Yesterday, a representative wrote me and informed that my account was going to be credited, however, it would take another 5 business days. Nothing was said about making amends for taking my money without my consent and holding on to it for a month and one half, nor has my account been credited, yet. If you have a choice in air carriers, I would recommend using someone else unless you want to enjoy a relentless consumer battle to get your money back. They really should be ashamed of taking advantage of retired people.

AeroMexico Confirmation #XOWAHC My flight AM697 from Vancouver to Mexico City was delayed taking off on March 31, 2019 and also delayed upon arrival. It was supposed to arrive at 06:55 but we were not able to exit the flight till 08:22. These delays made me miss my connecting flight AM650 Mexico City to Managua. I went to customer service in Mexico City and was told that the next flight out to Managua would be in 2 days, April 2 and that I would have to pay approximately $700USD to rebook. I was also told that if I booked a ticket with another airline that my return flight on April 16 AM651 would be void! Not wanting to spend 2 days in Mexico City that I had not planned for or wanting to pay $700USD to get a new ticket which was not my fault. I ended up booking a whole new ticket with another airline. I want to be refunded for my Aeromexico ticket. It was the delays in my initial flight AM697 that made me miss my connecting flight in Mexico City! I’ve already emailed this information and was told to contact/telephone the Flight Experience Department. I contacted them today April 3 and was told to email customer complaints WHICH I ALREADY HAVE DONE 2 times now. I am getting very frustrated and am very disappointed with my experience. AeroMexico Customer Service is one of the worst I have dealt with in any country. I want a refund of all double billing of expenses billed by this airline. What should have been $1, 000 costs is not $1, 500. Due to a Canadian Government Declaration warning of ‘no travel’ to three locations in Honduras( travel.gc.ca/destinations/honduras) we had to change our travel destination from Honduras and we selected Ecuador. This meant changing four legs of flights booked through AeroMexico. After cancelling the Honduras destination, I tried to use the AeroMexico credit balance of $1010.78 to book an $880 flight from Quinto, Ecuador to YYC, Canada. But after $250 US change and no-show fee my credit card was charged another $445.00. How is this possible? Aeromexico is garbage. Last month I booked a flight for a contractor who did not show up to my event. I cancelled the return flight within 48 hours of takeoff, and was told that I could “leave the ticket open” as a credit toward future flights. Since I book a lot of flights in and out of Mexico, that seemed like a good deal. Two weeks later I attempted to book a new flight for a different contractor, and tried to use my “open ticket” toward the cost. It was only then that I was informed that I could only purchase a new ticket for the person for whom I had originally purchased the flight… The contractor who no-showed my event, who I will not likely be working with in the future. I couldn’t use it for another contractor, or even for MYSELF (despite the fact that it was purchased on my personal credit card). I was not allowed to speak to a supervisor when I was informed of this, and was told I had to email the complaint department. I did just that, and received a canned message saying: “Sorry, the credit is non-transferable, but thanks for making us your carrier of choice.” It may as well have said: “You could have just flushed your money down the toilet, but thanks for letting us keep it, instead.” What a joke! There are plenty of cheaper airlines that fly to Mexico. I would expect better customer service from Aeromexico, a company that charges a premium price for their tickets. In the future, I’m going to take my FREQUENT business elsewhere, and advise anyone else to do the same.

Aeromexico’s San Francisco check-in staff did not let me board my flight to GDL on May 19th 2019 because eventhough I am a US green card holder but my passport is VIETNAMESE, despite the fact that I have been to GDL 3 times before. I was told there is a new law passed by the Mexican government that required US permanent resident status with a Vietnamese passport to still obtain a Mexican visa to enter Mexico. But the check-in staff could not produce the law to prove the point. I waited for too long until boarding time and Aeromexico staff finally told me to present my old/expired passport with Mexican immigration stamps on it and they will make a 1-time exception for me. I did not have the passport with me and it was so close to departure time so they had to put me on the Monday flight instead of Sunday. I ended up had to cancel all my Monday meetings. On the day of boarding, someone from the crew took my passport and boarding pass and placed them in a sealed bag, escorted me to the airplane and handed the sealed bag with my passport and boarding pass to a flight attendant IN FRONT of the public. When the flight arrived in Mexico. I was not allowed to leave the airplane nor take back my passport. They had someone escorted me out. They treated me like I was a criminal with the intention to overstay in Mexico. Everyone was staring at me. It looks really bad on me and the treatment was totally unnecessary and discriminated. Until then both the officer who escorted me out and the Mexican immigration officer told me there is no such law as US permanent resident with a Vietnamese passport cannot enter Mexico without a Mexican visa. Both officers insisted that was a mistake by Aeromexico. The fact that there was a discriminated treatment against my passport country (Vietnam) without looking into my proof of US residency and being unable to produce the law shows how incompetent the Aeromexico team is. On the other hand, having to cancel all-important Monday meetings has impacted my work tremendously.

After booking our flight my travel partner said her passport included her middle name. So I called 1/18/17 Customer Service to see if I had make the name change. I was told it would cost $165.00! Which I did pay. Yesterday 2/8/17 I called Customer Service to ask about shipping wine as a gift to our host. While I was giving my flight information I noticed my middle name also was not included. This time I was told as that as long as the first and last name was correct there would not be a problem with the discrepancy with the passport. Today 2/9/17 I called to see if I could get a refund for my travel partners name change. This time I was told the information I received yesterday was incorrect! As result, I had to pay another $165.00! Not very professional customer service. I”m not a very happy customer and will be considering other airlines for future trips to Mexico City. as we arrived to Guadalajara on July 20th on flight 663 and we all began to exit as i took my second step on to the steps i slipped and fell hitting full on to the edge of the step hitting my arm and left side buttocks. It took ne a minute to get up and no one offered assistance, i tired to report it but instead i was offered to see the doctor and that would cause me to miss my connecting flight. My friend had missed her flight before because it tookher to long to pass through inspeccion and she was forced to buy another ticket and so i let them know i had no time but i would still like to make a report. i was told a could do it at any time anywhere but i still insisted on making a report that no one would take. i spent my vacation in pain because i hit myself pretty hard plus i still have a huge bruise that hurts and looks horrible. On our flight #448 back on the 24th to Guadalajara and conection flight 663 to San Francisco I went to pick up my luggage and one of our suite casses had been damaged and broken in to, the lock was broken and the suite case was a litle open. This has happened before but at least i wasnt missing anything even though I did have some empty boxes of items that didnt even belong to me. In this ocasion all my items we emptied out and turned over as if they had gone through it entirely. Once i was able to get to empting the suitcase i started noticing items are missing. Gold earing that I had no intention to put in my suitcase but i did bieng in a hurry to check out, a set of silver necklace, ring and earrings, mexican currency that i figured i didnt need anymore since i was on my way back home, the wallet it was in had been completely emtied out and a silver bracelet. this is what i have noticed so far, aeromexico should be more vigilant of there employees and have some sort of security cameras since this isn’t the first time this happens. this is the second report i make and would like some response and action taken about this matter, no one should feel like the have the liberty to take as they wish from others, this isnt just an invasion of property but theft as well. Because of flooding in carolinas my bus was late and lost my flight, aeromexico did not even let me use my returning flight, i was stranded for an entire day in miami airport and i had to buy new ticket, from miami to lima. On the returning flight they broke my dog kennels, who knows what really happened to my dogs, they were so scared.

Company don’t honor what they promise i travel to mexico not long ago i aboard in lax then i was put on a different plane during the flight they don’t give us any snacks or lunch as they promise when i arrive to guadalajara airport they lost my baggage it was send on a different plane and send to paris france. I was so upset that i decided to talk to one of the aeromexico supervisors and i did after waiting close to two hours, and just to get a very arrogant respond and claiming that it was not any wrong doing to me same day i took another plane back to los angeles. Conf #s3qb3k las – Cancun Good morning I am writing in to express lack of customer service I experienced from your airline. Upon arrival to Mc Carren, there were several of us in line to check bags. When the agent came to relay information to us in line everything was spoken in spanish. After about the 3rd time and making it obvious that I don”t speak spanish the rep continued to speak spanish leaving me to ask other travels to translate. This was very frustrating considering the information should have been relayed in both spanish and english. As I approached the counter she too began to speak to me in spanish and i asked her to speak in english. I truly feel in this day and age all customer service rep should be bilingual or have employees that that can communicate and assist all customers regardless of gender, race or nationality definitely not treated unfairly because of a language barrier. I am a manger for ups and I would never treat our customers in this manner. I am african american and do not speak spanish. When I encounter a customer who does I do not ignore them nor do i continue to speak english knowing they do not understand. I get a fellow co-worker who can translate the information to assure information is being communicated properly with clear understanding. I am very disappointed and ashamed that we are not considerate enough to communicate or assist customers if there is a language barrier considering Las Vegas is a tourist city. Date of Incident July 3, 2018, flight from LAX to Guad Mexico, Ticket Number [protected], Agent: Aeromexico/A99, Invoice number 0970358, ReservationCode: GZOBFP. I was not able to fly being that I had already passed inspection and was given my boarding ticket, yet when I was going intothe airplane I was asked for my passport once again. As I had my bags I was unable to find it and was not allowed to fly, therefore my five members did not fly either since I was not allowed on the airplane. My lost was $1, 980.00 dollars. In addition I had to purchase tickets for my family members and myself once again with Aeromexico for all six of us two days later costing me approximately another $1, 500. I also lost my hotel stay and incurred additional expenses due to Aeromexico asking me for my pasportagain after I had already shown it. I am asking for a refund of the money I lost. Date: 2.19.18 Flight# AM 662 – from Guadalajara to San Francisco Person filing the complaint: Marlene Sibley To Whom It May Concern, On February 19, 2018 I was traveling from Guadalajara to San Francisco I”m AeroMexico, Flight # 662 and I would like to file a complaint. This flight had very tight seating, maybe 4 inches of leg room. My husband, who is 6″1 was forced to sit with his legs wide open. I am 5″3 and was also cramped but still had a minimal room space. The person in front of me reclined their seat to where I was totally swished. I asked the woman to move her seat up and her response was, “Can I recline after you sit down.” I said that my legs would be cut off… she continued to leave her seat back. I then got up to move to an empty seat in the back of the plane. I saw the flight attendants in the back chatting so I asked if they could make an announcement asking if passengers could please not recline their seats since there was limited leg room. But the response I received from the male flight attendant was that he could not make this announcement since it was the passengers right to recline their chair. I said, “What about me?” He said there was nothing he could do. I then explained that my husband was quite uncomfortable at 6″1 and he said, there is nothing he could do. Then I sat down in the empty seat in that last row and he told me that I would not be able to sit there because it was for the crew, which I totally understand. To make my point I said, “Would you expect your mother to sit cramped like this?” To which he replied, “My mother is dead.” I didn”t see what that had to do with my example so that he would have a little empathy. With that, I left, upset and walked back to my cramped seat. Next, the male attendant wheeled the beverage/meal cart up the aisle and asked my husband to move his legs out of the aisle to which my husband replied that he was not able to because of the room. The male flight attendant then threatened to call the authorities upon arrival at SFO if my husband did not immediately squeeze his legs into the seat area. The male flight attendant said, “I know your wife is upset and she mentioned my dead mother.” This was totally unacceptable comment to make since I was not attacking his dead mother. I am a travel agent and frequent traveler and when a situation like this has come up in the past, the flight attendant would try to help by offering another seat, asking the person in front to please move their seat up or realizing how uncomfortable the seats were for the 4-5hr flight, he could have made an announcement as I requested to the passengers asking them that due to the small amount of leg room, please be considerate to the person behind you and not recline, if possible. He did none of these. Had we known that the seating on this plane was so limited we would have requested an emergency exit. I am writing this complaint not because the passenger in front of me did not move her seat in an upright position, which she did later and I thanked her and apologized for seeming irritated. I am writing this complaint because of the response I received from the male flight attendant. I was told that the person in front of me had the right to recline and limit my space but I had no right to keep my space. There were no alternatives offered. This is not the customer service that I believe AeroMexico would approve. I would appreciate if you can explain to the male flight attendant (I believe his name is Ramas) how unhappy I am and that I meant nothing bad about his dead mother. I only wanted to keep my space. I would also like to ask that the male flight attendant is reminded that customer service is part of their job and that he should have offered some options. His professionalism was truly unprofessional and threatening us with the authorities was totally unnecessary. On this trip to Mexico flying, Aeromexico was excellent until this situation. I am not asking for anything just that you help this flight attendant understand that customers are important and referrals come from happy passengers. I scheduled our Flight (2 adults 1, 10 year old child) with plenty of time so that we would have a full 18 days vacation. Today 1/6/20 I called to verify that our tickets were paid and to pay for our baggage and i was told that our flights had been changed. Our Reservation code for leaving is USFFUA it was previously scheduled for 3/11/20 on a non stop flight arriving in guadalajara at 5:40am. Now its not leaving until 3/12/20 providing it doesnt change. My second complaint is, We were to return from Guadalajar to Sacramento on flight reservation Code ZFGVSR on 3/28/20. I was informed today that we will be returning 3/27/20. I truely feel that you have stolen 2 days of our vacation andwe are owed a partial refund for our trip and or luggage that was also pre-paid. This is the first year we have went through you directly and the first time we have had a problem. Also I would like you to note that no one even told us of the changes that had been made on our Flights..had I not called in we would never have know. Dear Readers: Some unfortunate highlights from my experience on an end-of-June/early July 2007 round trip from San Antonio to Mexico City, on Aeromexico. We had a direct flight down, with the plane delayed for 30 minutes for mechanical inspection. The return trip had a scheduled stop over/flight change in Guadalajara, and after arrival we found out this leg of the trip was cancelled. Aeromexico flew us back to Mexico City 6 hours later, and arranged for us to fly on a Mexicana flight direct to San Antonio. We had been scheduled to arrive back in San Antonio by 1:30 pm, but with cancellations/redirects ended up back in San Antonio at 8:45 pm. The only compensation from Aeromexico were meal vouchers. Also, if you book Aeromexico with intra-Mexico stopovers, be prepared to trek long distances cross-terminal and between gates – not pleasant with some of the airports undergoing construction/upgrades, inadequate air conditioning and long distances between their international and domestic gates. My advice: only book Aeromexico for non-stop flights between the US and Mexico destinations. Dont’ waste your time arguing for compensation – you won’t receive anything but meal tickets for their delays. For any reticketing, go through their Premier Class counter agents – helpful, understanding and efficient, though powerless on compensation. Caveat emptor, Erik

Dear Sir or Madame, Six days ago, I was a guest on AeroMexico to Mexico City connection to Lima, Peru. Upon reaching Mexico City airport, there was no gate or terminal information printed on my ticket. I had then approached several members of AeroMexico staff to inquire about the connection flight to Lima. When reviewing my ticket, AeroMexico directed me to the wrong gate and terminal! Causing me to miss my flight! I have traveled to nearly 30 countries, and I have never received such poor communication and instruction. Thus, leading me to be stranded, alone in Mexico city, costing me additional $500 to scramble around finding the next flight to Lima. I should add, when asking assistance on this matter, not one of your staff were willing to correct or assist me finding another flight to Lima. Unless I pay an additional $900.00! Furthermore, there was severe damage to my luggage and articles within. The handle was completely busted, major scratching on the luggage and clothing articles were ripped such as T-shirts and pants. I had lost 2 days of my vacation due to this unnecessary and strenuous endeavor, and wish to be compensated for the AeroMexico’s misguided direction. Dear sir/madam On the 13th August, we were waiting to catch a flight to Puerto Vallarta via Mexico City. The flight was due to depart at 00.35am on the 13th August, but at 22.55pm on 12 August we received the attached email alert that the flight had been delayed until 1.30am. We got to the gate at 1am, to find that the plane had left, and had removed our luggage. It is not possible to have boarded the passengers, and discovered me and my girlfriend were missing, and removed the luggage, unless they had left at the original time of 00.35am. Consequently, we had to go back to Cancun and book another hotel room, and pay again for the same trip later that day. I am claiming the cost of the hotel room of $3, 800 pesos + $9, 408 pesos totalling $13, 208 pesos. This does not include taxis and other expenses incurred. Do you medical problems of my mother she couldn’t take the flight along with my father -I have attach the medical records with medications, along with the ticketing info and confirmation. On the day of the flight she has to go to the hospital early in the morning, she fell and do to her advance age she has a blood cloths on her brain according to doctors who saw her and they provided medications which she can’t travel at the time until resolved which we don’t know when will that be possible. Every year for presidents week off from teaching, I am fortunate that I can visit with my dear friend of 40 years, while he vacations in Mexico for two months. However, this year unexpectedly he was forced to leave only two weeks into his trip. He was not even able to make it back to NY. He was taken from the plane in Houston and had emergency surgery done at Memorial Hermann Northeast hospital on 2/2/2018. He is home now recovering at his home in Conneticutt and cannot return to Mexico. I am an older, single woman and I am afraid to travel to Mexico without my friend being on the other end of my trip. Therefore, I will have to cancel my trip. For me to lose 700$ would be a real hardship. Since 2/17/2018 thru 2/24/2018 is a very high demand time to travel, I am hoping you will consider a refund or a voucher that I can use for February of next year. Fecha febrero21 2016, en mi regreso a los angeles llegue 1:20 minutos antes de la salida 6:44 am y no 2 hrs antes como lo estipula la linea y el vuelo se habia cerrado no ayuda alguna y entendimiento por parte de la empleada en ventanilla, solo me obligo a pagar 200 dlls de “penalidad: y 136 por diferencia del nuevo boleto para el proximo vuelo a las 9:58am acepto mi error por llegar tarde lo que no acabo de aceptar el abuso y robo por parte de estos empleados por minecesidad de regresar a los angeles en el siguiente vuelo, menciono abuso y robo por que el precio normal del boleto sin penalidad era de 234dlls y no fui informado de este precio hasta que estaba en la sala de abordar cuando ya habia pagado los 336 dlls por el nuevo boleto fui informado de esto por un supervisor de aeromexico el cual se disculpo al oir mi historia y me aconsejo mandar esta queja, mi nombre es mario baldovinos eticket [protected] el cual me costo 313dlls viaje redondo y este eticket [protected] viaje sencillo por 336 dlls un robo y abuso por parte de essta franquicia de reservaciones que trabajan por comision para aeromexico espero su respuesta y les dejo a su discrecion la solucion a este robo, mi email es [protected]@gmail.Com por su pronta atencion gracias

First complaints on December 8, 2019 : no reply Change of 2 Economy instead of Business seats between QRO and MEXICO City : flight confirmation code YISPYL Hello, My husband Jean-Louis FABRE and myself, Monique Fabre booked a flight on August 12, 2019 between Queretaro and Mexico, leaving on Wednesday, January 8th at 4:50 pm in business class (AM 2463) in correspondence with the flight Mexico city-Paris (CDG) from 19h55 (AM 6103), arrival Paris 13h35 in business class also. My AEROMEXICO code confirmation is YISPYL. On September 29, the tickets had to be changed because the flight schedule MEX Paris was changed, replaced by a flight leaving at 23:45 from Mexico City and arriving in Paris the next day at 17:25 (AM003). I had also to change my flight from QRO to MEX, replaced by a flight departing at 19:45 from QRO and arriving at 20:50 at MEX (AM2465) with two tickets in business class. On October 20th, for the second time, I was contacted again for a change of reserved seats on the plane departing from QRO. Indeed, this aircraft does not have business class seats, I had to accept two places in economy class. I would like to get a refund of the price difference between business and economy class tickets (Jean-Louis Fabre et Monique Fabre) from QRO to MEX (AM2465) and for the inconvenience caused by the later arrival in Paris (5:25 pm instead of 1:35 pm). Flight #775 ticket #[protected] on June 23 We arrived to the check in window had already my board passes seats assign and the person at the booth said that they had already advance them that luggage Corbin were closed so they were no longer able to document luggage because we arrived about hour late and they require 2 hours . So I’d ask if the luggage is the problem I will go . Without luggage.so the booth person said ok expecting we wouldn’t go without luggage but yes we were willing to flight without luggage since that was the problem.(I’m almost sure the booth person didn’t expect that )so we decided to flight without luggage.when we were going to board the plane flight attendant scan our passes said those sit were occupied some else had taking them.wish means and tells that your double selling flight tickets and that should be penalized that is call stealing. So my ticket is round trip returning day is July 12 2017 this should still be valid since the returning day is coming up and your treating this like I miss the plane wish is not like that so please resolve this manner as soon is possible and honored my returning flight tickets . Treat people right your a lnternatinal airline I do not want to start a legal case so make right and fair .
