ACS has owned my loan for 14 months. I have paid in excess of the minimum due in every payment, and made every payment. For the past 3 months I have received emails stating that my payment due date is the next month, not the forward due date that I had acquired by submitting amounts greater than the minimum. Each month I have to contact support to get the date corrected, and it takes multiple emails to convince the support staff to read my first email and respond correctly to my query. I don’t know what the problem is, but I am afraid my payments are not being applied correctly. Where did the extra money go if not to delaying the due date? This question is never answered, yet every month I go through this problem with the due date. Keep an eye on your account with ACS.
