They do not know how to provide a proper service and what is called Quality Service. They don’t have any knowledge of customer service. Neither they do have any knowledge of customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction will go a long way to help. A company provides that support to themselves to grow. And on that point the definitely fail I went to this place. Here for my braces, but I couldn’t find any proper confidence in them because first of all the attendant or the front desk person was not able to provide me any information and was completely new to the task. And when I got too much into questioning she became a little angry and frustrated she infuriated and told me to sit down And the doctor would answer all my queries. Well, my first query is what kind of services are you providing? If you’re not able to answer my questions? Okay. I understand. You are new to the work and you are not able to answer all of my questions. But is this the way that you would behave with a patient? Who do you think yourself to be? If the patient’s do not come to your facility. Definitely you will not have any kind of service running you would be out of your jobs.I just completely taken aback by this lady’s attitude. She seemed completely unprofessional and definitely not polite. I would never want to go there ever again to get any of my procedures neither. Would I ever recommend it to any of my acquaintances or my family.
