On July 19th 2015 Affordable water Heaters was called out for the forth time for a heater that keeps going off. Each time a charge from $99 to $300. On the 20th a repair man arrived and new what the problem was right away, it was a bad switch that kept shutting off the waterheater, now after $500 worth of callsa man knows whats wrong. He ordered the part from American Standard, the company that makes the waterheater because the part is stll under warrenty, and it will come to my house in a couple of days, now keep in mind we have no hot water, after four days I call Afforable Water Heater and the reply is sorry it’s not are problem, we just ordered the part. Well it’s been a month and the part never came Affordable never called back to see if we had hot water or not, I sorry we got it fixed and it works fine. The switch is a bad part in this waterheater and Affordable knows it and so does American Standard, but they don’t care, they got there money and just left us hangng out there with no hot water.
