We decided on affordable tours for our honeymoon, and we weren’t given any contacts to sign, or any information regarding their policies on “non-refundable” or “non-transferable” so we put down $1,200 for the ‘vacation of a lifetime’. Fast forward 2 months, turns out I’m pregnant, and high risk. They tell us it’s non refundable, and moreover they can’t help, and they said we already signed the contract. I asked for a copy of the supposed contract, they denied me!I was also told not to contact Globus, but I did it anyway. They said they have no contact either. So, whatever you do, don’t get sick after making your booking, they are worthless once you pay your deposit. They do not give toy a contract, nor enough information to make an educated decision. They will not help you, they do not care, I recommend using a more reputable company.
