He stated it was a “4 day job with a 2 wk turnaround.” * He did not BEGIN the job until a few days prior to the COMPLETION date. * He failed multiple inspections. * He was paid more than 50% of his contracted price yet demanded additional money in an illegal “Bait ‘n switch” tactic. * He abandoned the job. * His actions cost me great financial loss in city ordered fines and tenant rent reductions. * He is currently under investigation by the State Contractors Board.
