I received an email from ACH, Inc. referencing a lawsuit against me with respect to a payday loan I received in 2012. I had no idea what this was about as any loans I took in 2012 were paid in full to which I had the paperwork for. They referenced a bank that I had not had an account at for over 2 years. I questioned everything about the email in a reply email. Their responses to me were vague and their grammar and English was terrible. I knew then this was a scam. I have told them I am reporting them and to cease and desist emailing me. They act like they are getting “orders” from the US Federal Government – District Attorney’s Office to proceed with a lawsuit against me. They say that I will receive a Summons and Complaint with respect to the lawsuit at my “front door.” Through my reply emails to them, I have also threatened them with having my attorney contact THEM for harassment.
