Aidnest contacted me by phone about assistance with loan reduction / forgiveness programs & said time was running out on the programs. When I called them back, the rep said airnest works with the department of education (Doe) & could help me for a small fee paid in 4 installments. However, the doe provides help for free! When I said, “I know I can get help for free directly from the doe, so why do I need you?” the rep hung up. This is a scam!!! Here”s the official doe government website with phone numbers to doe agents who will help you for free with loan reduction / forgiveness: https://studentaid.ed.gov/sa/contact
