I agree with the other complaint about Justin Aiello with Aiello’s Custom Homes, he upcharges everything without telling you the cost until the end. All along you think it is included in the overall price of the house and then he argues with you like you were the idiot. | He knew we couldn’t fight this battle with an attorney so he waited until the end to upcharge thousands of dollars and wouldn’t finish things unless we agreed to it. I am disgusted with this builder and my family wants me to sell the house. | I have several rooms that are not squared and have had several leaks because things were not sealed properly. I do not even want to call him about the warranty, I do not want him back in my house.
