Dear Air India Express, Unfortunately I have booked My mother”s ticket with you E ticket No. RCEROK from Pune to Dubai for 6.09.18 Because of her old age and Knee pain I have booked wheel chair by personally going in your Deira office and paying Aed. 200, ( this was another disaster, No body in your office answers phone, which is mentioned on web site and it took 2 hours for me to search address, which is wrong on web site), On the travelling day, Flight has been rescheduled by 10 hours, which has not been informed to us by message or email which is completely unprofessional, And on top of it, NOBODY HAS ATTEND HER WITH WHEEL CHAIR AT DUBAI AIRPORT. AND NO AIR HOSTESS ANSWERED HER PROPERLY ABOUT IT… so the mistake of booking ticket with you will be avoided in future, and you cannot heal the mental stress, our family has gone through, but can return the fees AED 200 paid to you I am following up with your office from last 2 weeks, but nobody is replying properly for on this, [protected]@airindiaexpress.in this is the mail address I am following please resolve this issue and return my money back,
