I received a cheap and fake lenses from the company. I called in to complain that these lenses were not at all up to the mark. And what I had asked for. I was rudely disconnected for the first time second time. I was behaved rather rudely with they told me that I got exactly what I paid for. What does that mean? I paid what exactly was on your catalogs. I did not ask you for a discount. I did not ask you for lowering the price I exactly paid for what there was. The quality that you mentioned or the brand that you mentioned was not sent to me.They had a refund policy which I could apply to but when I ask the customer care executive they denied me the policy saying that it hasn’t been time for me to send the equipment back or the lenses back. So there is a specific time within which I would not be able to send the Lenses Is that for real? I was never informed anything such as this. This was just plain and simple harassment. They just did not want to take the lenses back and wanted someone to keep it by paying them extra.
After calling again and again I was informed that I was passed to the time within which I could send the lenses back and now I cannot send the lenses back anymore and I have to keep the lenses and I would not get any refund. So I was misled I was fraud. Off my money. I just would not be sure ever to be dealing with them. I would not be recommending anybody rather to deal with them ever.
