I bought their AirBuds 5.0 a couple months back. They seemed like a friendly company and I like to support local businesses. I ordered 2 AirBuds 5.0 from them. First off, they took a long time to deliver the product, like unbelievably long. And when I tried to contact their customer support, they didn’t even respond! I didn’t care much about this indecent as many companies are downsizing due to the virus. Anyways, a couple days later, my AirBuds finally arrived. I was really satisfied with the product, the quality was good enough for the price and they looked cool. Although the build quality was really really bad. A week ago, the left AirBud stopped working. I immediately tried contacting the company but their $hitty customer service didn’t respond to me at all! I’ve been waiting for a reply from them for a week now and this company doesn’t care about it. When I emailed them for a refund, they said that they can’t do it because I broke the product?! The product literally automatically stopped working, I used the earphones while I worked or studied, I didn’t even workout in them because for me, they were quite expensive! But AirBudStore clearly don’t care about their customers, once you pay them the cash, they won’t give a flying f**k about you. Please don’t buy anything from They will take your money and leave you with a fake, poorly built product. I hope the website gets exposed properly for their wrong doings. This kind of poor customer service should not be tolerated.
