For about the first year of my service things went fairlly well. I then started to get erriatic and intermittent speeds. From November 4th and December of 2014 my internet speed has been .33 Kps not the 3.0 Mps plus I should be getting. I have called the Airebeam Customer Support over 24 times since November 4th. The tech’s on the phone said thay could see nothing wrong so it must be my Router. I purchesed a new Router and this did not good. Same problem. This would be my third Router since I started using there broadband service. They would then tell me they had reported it to a Level 2 Tech and would receive a call back within 24 hours. I am still waiting for that call. They are the only internet service with the exception of Sattelite, so I am over a barrel. I believe the Customer Service from Airebeam is the worst I have ever seen. .
