I ordered a Nikon D-7000, great price, and thought, wow, this must be too good to be true. I placed my order on Ocotober 6, it was not acknowledged until October 13. The sales departmenmt sends me an email confirming my order and trys to get me to purhase batteries. When I said “no”, the sales rep practically hung up on me. They charged my credit card the appropriate amount and then I wait, and wait, and wait, and wait…. I specifically gave them a shipping address that was more secure than my home address because the camera was expensive and I didn’t want it left on my doorstep. Two weeks later, I send them an email inquiring about the package, no response. I send another email a few days late, no response. Last week, I call and I’m put on hold so long I think they forgot there’s someone on the other end. I call back and the guy says, “you gotta wait like everyone else”. So I wait, and wait, and wait. Finally the rude guy comes back and says my package was shipped and on it’s way and I should see shipping information on my package by October 31 and the package will arrive by Nov. 5. Yay!!! But no, Oct. 31 comes and there’s no shipping information, then Nov. 5 comes and there’s no package. It is now Nov. 6 and I called today to find out what’s going on. The guy in customer service, I think it’s same rude guy from before, same tone of rudeness, tells me my package was delivered on October 31. Well, you can imagine my surprise given I have no camera in my hand. I ask, “Oh, where did you deliver it?” and he responds with my home address. Now, you smart readers out there already know that I specifically told AJRICHIE.com to send my package to a different address, which I did clearly indicate on my purchase order. So, I ask rude guy why they sent my package to my home and who signed for it, because I sure as h*** didn’t. He answers, “they left in on your doorstep and no one signed for it”. I then reply, “you left a very expensive camera on my doorstep without a signature?” He says “yes” and I’m utterly flabbergasted by the stupidity. I did ask for a refund and I do hope they refund me because I will do much more than complain here. Good luck folks! Oh, and by the way, do not order from AJRICHIE.com. Their prices really are too good to be true. .
