I would suggest you to not go with Alamo Water Services for water softening systems, my experience with them was very bad. I had Jason from Alamo Water Services visit my home for my requirement of a water softener. He was late and did not have the courtesy to apologise when he came in. He just dropped a text saying he’ll be late. Anyway, he came and had look at the plumbing and tested water for mineral contents and everything. He seemed to know about water softening quite in detail. But his behaviour was a little rude. Right from not apologising for being late to his body language on most of our questions, he was quite rude. This is not what you expect when someone is providing you service and also lets you in their house. He went back and gave us a quote. It was not a very pricey quote but still a little higher in comparison to the others. It was Jason’s knowledge that led me to go for Alamo Water Services. Also, I knew that he won’t be coming for installation and that I did not have to bother with him, but someone else who would do the installation. As it turned out, Jason was better than those who actually came to install the system. I should say those who came to try and install the system. Everytime they came, they would go back with unfinished job. It was okay the first couple of times, but it took almost forever for the system to install. And all of this for a system that ultimately worked for only a few months. Now I am already exhausted what kind of service will they provide and how long will it take now to repair this system.
