When I later got back to the store i was told that the contract was not available and I will be called on my phone as soon as it was available. Till today no response until I called the store and was again told it”s still not available and that I could go to clearwater they will definitely help me. Today I went to clearwater and was told they could not help me as my card was activated at cresta, I told the lady helping me I will not go there and she suggested they will make means of getting the card to me. She was very helpful. I am very disappointed at how the matter was handled by creasta store. The fact that I wasted petrol for nothing, driving almost 60km is very unfair. Maybe when they looked at me at aldo cresta mall they just saw stupid who don”t deserve to be issued an account.

After reading these comments it”s no wonder that so many people have customer complaints about the service they received with in stores. I called headquarters trying to figure out what happened to my order and a manager named Pamela was beyond rude about the situation. My order hadn”t been shipped after 7 days nor would I have known or received my order if I hadn”t called bc sssociates with in the store kept telling to wait on a email. Had to make a purchase twice just to get the order stArted over and I still have not received a refund for the first order that was never shipped. Now I keeps getting a excuse that Black Griday just passed so orders will be backed up… but I didn”t place a order during Black Friday! It just so happened that I caught ALDOS mistake a day after Black Friday… it starts at the top of every company and trickles down, so I”m not surprised to read about the bad experiences within stores… Pamela should be FIRED! Attention: APPARELL GROUP -ALDO To whom it may concern, My name is Wayne Olinyk, and I would like to lodge a formal complaint regarding the rude treatment I received by one of your employees who have been the “manager” on the 27/4/2019 at ALDO store in IBN Battuta mall, Dubai, UAE It occurred approximately at 11 am as I was at the Cashier. The employee working the cashier was wearing the name badge, Portia, ID number 115329, Store no. 61718, transac.no. 2076 but there is this rude “Indian”manager that interfere with our transaction. After having scanned all of my items, she requested the payment and asked me if I have the club apparel group, I replied yes. She asked me for the application form, I said I only used my mobile no. For those club cards and she said no it’s not applicable and she started to make face although to start they transaction she is already grumpy. And she didn’t finish the transaction and went to the back room, so the cashier (black lady with a curly hair) come by and finished our transaction, so I asked her who that lady is, she said that is the “Manager”. I have been a long time customer at your store and was most upset by these events. Thus, this should not happened as I believe that a manager should be the best example for the subordinates employees on how to interact properly with a customer, and delivered a quality customer service on its customers. If this is your standards for a manager, I believe it is a mistake, she should just lock her self on the back room or stock room as she deserves to be there inside because her attitude is not applicable and she doesn’t fit in a customer service industry. Pitty on her! I hope that this letter explains my feelings and disappointment with what has occurred, I would not like this to happen to me or any other customer and hope that corrective measures are taken swiftly.

Bought a pair of men”s grey elastane sandals while on holiday from the Mall of Muscat in Oman. Within a month the sandals started giving way. Fraying, tearing and coming apart. Extremely shoddy workmanship and an extremely poor reflection of a well reputed shoes maker brand like Aldo”s. Needless to say people in contact with me will be made aware of this disappointing experience and we will mot hesitate to share this incident on a public platform. Dear Sir/Madam, I am an Indian national, currently living in Hanoi. Few months back [ approx 3-4 months], I had bought a pair of black formal oxford shoes from your “Hoan Kiem, Hanoi” store. The shoes did cost me approx 3.5 Million to 4.0 Million VND. The issue I want to bring to your notice that after wearing it for some time now, one of the shoes got torn from the side and detaching from the sole [ I have already given photos to the store manager]. I took the shoes to the store to ask for a fix and they told hat this issue cannot be fixed. This is completely a quality issue and Aldo must either fix it or give me a replacement of shoes to which they did not agree. As a normal customer, if I happen to spend 3.5 Million to 4.0 Million VND for a pair of shoes I would at least expect it to last longer and not wore out within 3-4 months from purchase. Do not shop here! At least not the one on 5th ave This past weekend i went to the store on 97 5th avenue and had the worst experience ever. We had terrible customer service but i decided to still buy a pair of boots. Big mistake. The salesperson was extremely rude and when i got home, there was only one shoe in the box. I did not get upset because everyone makes mistakes. When i called the store back, instead of apologizing, the salesgirl accused me of trying to steal a single shoe. She was very ### and kept saying she brought me both shoes. At every shoe store, the sales associate checks the box to make sure both shoes are in the box and are the proper size. I was getting very annoyed and asked if i could return the shoe and she said that i could not. I told her i did not appreciate her accusing me of stealing. If i wanted to steal, i would not have all the details of the transaction and one shoe. Five minutes later she found the shoe and said she would out it on hold. In all this time, she never once apologized or admitted she was wrong. Overall, aldo has definitely lost a lot of customers because i definitely have told everyone to avoid shopping there. Hopefully they will change their customer service in the future.

First of all I am very disappointed with your customer service . I went in to your store in October and the salesperson that I talk to was very rude by the name of SYLVIA AT THE MCALLEN TEXAS LA PLAZA MALL STORE. For the past ten years I have been both a devoted, as well as, a very satisfied Aldo customer. However, I am compelled to forward this letter of complaint to your attention. I have purchased shoes and accessories from Aldo on a regular basis in stores all across the globe; and not only for myself, but for my entire family. I have multiple homes and upon my return to our beach house in FL this year, I discovered a forgotten pair of brand new, gorgeous black patent platform sandals in my closet which I purchased just about a year ago. I was very eager to finally wear them. Last Wednesday evening, June 10, 2009, was the idea occasion. However, as I stepped out of our house and walked on to our car, I mentioned to my husband how painful these shoes were. Determined to enjoy their trendy style and beauty, I decided to ignore the pain for the fashion sake. However, after another 30 minutes of agony, it became apparent, that ignoring the pain was no longer possible. After wearing them no longer than 45 minutes, I called the Aldo store at International Mall, ( Store 2117) in Tampa, FL. where I had the privilege to speak to Josh, the store manager, and upon my explanation of the situation, he quickly responded, that this was not a problem, and even though the shoes were worn once, I could bring them in for a simple return. I was very grateful to Josh, and was amazed at how professional he was in trying to handle this situation. After all, I have never had to call a store to return a “used” pair of shoes. I mentioned to Josh, that I will be able to bring the shoes, with the original box and the receipt, on Sunday, June 14, 2009. Josh advised me that since it was his day off, he will forward this information along with instructions, to Jessie (2303), the assistant manager who would be managing the store that day. My husband and I arrived to the store on Sunday morning, and asked for Jessie. Jessie replied to us that he knew nothing of my conversation with Josh, nor did he have any instructions. He stated that he would call Josh for clarifications. We patiently awaited, while Jessie went into the back room to call Josh. Upon his return, Jessie”s reaction was rather rude, stating that the shoes have been worn more than once and he will not be able to accept them, but only for an exchange. (I was rather astonished by his attitude, let alone the “expertise” that he had shown as to the condition of the wear of the shoes!). After 15 minutes of very vehement argument, Jessie insisted on not accepting the return. I requested him to provide me with an opportunity to speak to Josh, since that original conversation was between myself and him, but he adamantly refused to redial his number and let me talk to him. I asked for a contact information for the Corporate Headquarter, but he continued to refuse my requests. Furthermore, the hourly employee that was standing next to him, just “barked” at us that they were simply not going to do the return and that I was welcome to come back when Josh was around. Since I knew I wasn”t going to be coming back to this area soon, I picked up another pair of shoes, which I did not care for of equal value, exchanged them, and stormed out of the store. On our long drive home, of over an hour, we stopped by another Aldo store, and successfully returned the new pair of shoes! On the way back, I also had the chance to reflect on this ironic situation, and the poor handling of what should have been a rather simple return and a very satisfied, long time customer, but instead cost the company, hundreds of thousands of dollars in revenue! This shouldn”t take a rocket scientist to understand the simple arithmetic and the consequences. However, neither Jessie, nor Josh, cared to pay attention, think, or better, simply provide exemplary customer service. So on my long way back, I picked up my phone and called a couple of my good shopping friends. Each one of them has been an Aldo devotee shopper for years, since I was the one that usually brought them with me to our mutual shopping sprees. After relating this story to them, they quickly got on their multiple blogging sites and the social media groups, and emailed this story to over one thousand friends. Yes, girls talk. When they happy you know it, and when they feel wronged, you”ll know it faster! Within minutes, about 50 of their friends replied that they will never shop in Aldo again. This was just the beginning…as emails and bloggs of disgruntled customers have a life of their own. As an attorney, and a CEO of a company, who is married to a successful physician, a $100 pair of shoes, wouldn”t have broken my bank. However, the rudeness of the store”s management drove me out of that store, quicker than a wild fire! Over the years, I have invested and spent tens of thousand of dollars in all the different Aldo stores. If all our blogging friends who swore to never shop there again have spent just a fraction of what I used to spend per year, this will amount to a loss of hundreds of thousands of dollars to Aldo. One of my friends later called the store to inform Jessie of his grave mistake, and poor judgement. She told him that his poor decision is going to cost the company far more than $100.00. His reply was simple and rather astonishing: He simply didn”t care and stated that the loss was not of the company but of the customers. At that moment, it became clearer than ever, that if he had applied for a job in my company, I wouldn”t hire him to wash our floors! Customer service is everything and in this economic environment I do not know of any company which can afford this kind of negative publicity and loss of revenues. The loss is not of the customers, because we, the ones who have the disposable income to splurge on fashions, will continue shopping at the better stores such as Nordstrom, Neiman, and Sacks, where customer service is taken to the highest levels, and not only our dollars are the one who are being appreciated, but it is the long term relationship that is being valued! Is there a moral to this story …well, I guess more than just one … But in a gist, don”t shop where you are not appreciated, where the company does not stand behind it”s products, or where the company cannot afford to train their management! Was it all worth it for $100.00 ??? Well, if Aldo continues the same way, these $100.00 incidents will destroy the company, and as for the valuable assistant manager – Jessie 2303 …as he stated, he simply did not care! Best, LS

Hello Aldo Team, I have purchased the ALDO shoe for the first time in my life as i have heard lot of good stories about ALDO brand. Aldo shoes are costly, but still i have stretched my pocket and have gone for it. I was very happy and feeling proud. But my happiness was for very short period. I have used/wore the shoe not more than 20 times and the shoe started getting torn. Not only from the sides, but also the top leather started getting spoil. This is same for both shoe. Hello there, on May 13, 2017 I bought a leather sandals at Maisonville Mall at London, canada. I wore them to travel but when I was at the airport after walking for about 30 minutes my right foot shoe appeared to be a burn and my feet starting getting black like you have a dirty feet. Hello, On the day of Wednesday (May 17 ) I made a purchase in the Aldo of Cherry Hill Mall (New Jersey). My purchase came up to $143.48 so I knew I had enough to apply a specific coupon. The coupon stated if I bought a $75 gift card & used it, I would receive $25 off of my next purchase. The manager of the store was very disregarding after I presented the coupon. First I was told the promotion was over. I showed her the fine print which stated that the promotion ended in June. Next she told me the store didnt have anymore “special” $25 gift cards there was nothing she could do. She also told me to make another full purchase next month so I can get the gift card on the following purchase after that one which would be irrelevant to this matter. The reason I specifically went to the Aldo store that day was to take part in the current promotion. Not being accommodated for a promo that Aldo is advertising online was a big disappointment. Over the years Aldo has been one of the main shoe stores Ive purchased through, as well as recommended to others. You feel that shoe is not going to sale. Now I”m not understanding why is that. It shouldn”t matter where the location is. Hi, I have bought a pair of shoes from Aldo store (address: 550 Terminal Ave b14, Ottawa, ON ). I wore it just twice?.? ?Suddenly I noticed that ?one tongue has been detached. From the pictures? attached, you can see that they are still ?in ?new ?conditions. I took the shoes to the same store?, and the sales person refused to take the shoes and refund my money. I asked to talk to her manager, and she said that she was the acting manager. She told me to call the customer service, and she refused to do it herself. I called them and they told me to send an email to the company with the pictures, and that they cannot assist on the line! I took time to take a lot of pictures and send them an email. 4 days have passed and I have got no response. My wife also sends them an email from her own account, but they did not reply either. So I have tried to go to store, to call, and to send an email. I have received no response. Aldo has sold me a piece of crap and now they don”t take any responsibility for that. Customers should not be treated this way. It should be very easy to return a crappy product and get the money back. If I don”t bring the shoes to the same store from which I have bought, what else can I do? I would request a full refund on my credit card ($62.12). I would never recommend Aldo to anybody. Horrible experience at Southpoint Mall in Durham, NC. The store have ordered a pair of shoes that was shipped to the same store. They said they will call me when the shoes arrive but that never happened. After almost a month I had to callthestore. The sales rep (clame to be a store manager) hang up on me in the middle of my explanation about the reason for my call. Thay had my phone number on file but no returned call so no doubt that the sales representative hung up on me. 2. Misrepresentation : couple of people introduced themselves as a store manager where in reality it is only one store manager. 3. They B. S. about the return policy. Make sure you call Canadian customer service to get the right information regarding the return policy (if you decide to buy anything). After the complains and wasted time on the phone with sales rep, customer service and the “District Manager” (so she said she is) i asked: “so what do I get in return for all this hassle?” The answer was “NOTHING”. From my shopping experience in Canada any store manager, let alone a district manager, would offer some forme of discount on your next purchase or a voucer in any Canadian Aldo store in this kind of circumstances.

I am a foreign customer, and i bought three bags on aldo online store (Www. Aldoshoes.com / us) And i filled in my friend’s address who lives in or. My friend did not open the parcel when she received it. Then she sent it to me. I find they sent me two incorrect bags when i received it on nov. 6th. And these bags are even cheaper than what i want to buy. Then i contacted with aldo, but they told me the only way to refund is return there bags. But i have already paid about 60 shipping fee from u. S to my country. The shipping fee is too high to return. And they even do not compensate the price difference. I am a loyal customer to aldo, I was there yesterday (oct 28, 2019) to buy couple shoes. I was talking to one of the salesman about the size and trying some bag. And suddenly this lady came from the back/store room. She looked at me like i”m a ghost. She was my enemy 6years ago. Afterwards she made a story on instagram about me, saying i”m a trash and she is a star. She also said I was looking for her when I visit aldo store. Which I wasn”t know she work there. I was so disppointed because of that. I was about to buy some shoes at my favorite store. I am questioning is this how aldo treat their loyal customer? I am buying a bag in aldo accessories when I ask the sales lady to give me a black one she said nothing and when I decided to get a rose colored bag then she said again nothing so I bought the bag and to my surprise the other side of the shop which is aldo also shoes and bags with men accessories I found out she has black bag and even more rose colored bag. How this sales lady deceived me even she knows theres a chance I will go to the aldo also beside the shop. This sales lady is a big lier and too much lazy to find the bag and entertain her customer. I am so dissapointed in service that I received at one of your Aldo stores. I visited the store at green acres mall on November 17, 2017. I had a return that I had on a pair of shoes and jewelry I bought at another location. I had all intentions to make an exchange but went to the register first to make return so I didn”t have to worry about the merchandise in my hand. The cashier was friendly we had great conversation. He asked why I was returning and I told him I had to because everything in my closet is starting to look the same, I have so many shoes from Aldo”s. I love the brand and I have addiction to shoes. During conversation with associate I told him that instead of returning my shoes to my debit could I get cash back. I had identity theft on my card and I had literally just left the bank from being there for hours trying to resolve my account. The manager then walked over this is where my experience went bad. She came over and said she was unable to do return and give me cash back that I would need to return merchandise back onto my debit. I explained to her that I has identity theft and she said there was nothing she can do. Now I know that was untrue. Like I said I have shopped at many Aldo”s and some I have had to return and when using my debit they ask me if I want it back to my card or cash. I knew at that moment she was trying to give me a hard time. I am a store manager for Victoria”s Secret I know how a register works. I also know that I will do anything to make sure my customers have the best experience when shopping at my store. I was so livid. I then had to call customer service to get assistance with my transaction there was nothing else I could do. I just left from the bank where I was told someone took thousands of dollars out of my account and now visiting this store the manager is giving me a hard time. The customer service representative was very helpful she did tell me that it is the Stores decision on how they wanted to handle the situation. I guess the manager decided she didn”t want to help me. The representative via phone gave another option which was to put it on my temporary card. I told the manager what representative said and she didn”t even believe me she asked to speak to the representative because she said she don”t believe she could process that transaction either.. after about 40 min the manager finally processed transaction with me having to have the representative on the phone talking to me the entire Time. I have never once felt so humiliated before. I can”t believe that this is how Aldo managers represent your brand. I will never shop at this location again. However I did just order two pairs of shoes online. This is how loyal I am to the brand. This experience did teach me a lesson. I will listen to my customers more and ensure they always have a great experience because the last thing I would want is for my customers to stop visiting my store and resort to shopping on line. I am very disappointment in Aldo Shoes. I purcashed a pair of McMickle dress sandal for a ball on Valentine’s day 2009. When I returned home that night it was very late so I placed the shoes back in the box. A week later my mother asked me to show a cousin of mine my shoes. When I took the shoes out of the box two rhinestones were missing off one shoe and one off the other. I purchased these shoes from Aldo’s at the Streets at Southpoint 6910 Fayetteville Road Durham, NC 27713. I spoke to the manager whose name is Raja and he indicated that if they were worn he could not replace them but he would e-mail the home office to see what he could do. He did call me back and requested that I bring back the shoes to see what they could do and I appreciated that. I took the shoes back and was told that they would give me another pair of shoes but if the rhinestones came out of these they could not replace them. The salesperson by the name of Miriam suggested that I take some nail hardner and spread it over the rhinestones before I wore the shoes or take them to a shoe repair person to seal the rhinestones before I wore them. I am so disappointed that I don’t know what to do. I informed her that I have purchased many shoes with rhinestone’s in them and the rhinestone’s did not fall out and I did not appreciate purchasing a pair of shoes and having to repair them before I wear them in order to secure the stones. I will never purchase anything from them again. The shoes did come with two screws for the heel of the shoes but know rhinestone’s that could be replaced. Apparently the stone’s are needed if the shoes were only worn once.

I bought 2 pairs of boots from Aldo online. Despite filtering the website for my size, with the first pair they waited 10 days to inform me they did not have my size. Disappointing, and would stop me using the website going forward as obviously the stock is not accurately reflected on the website. The second pair were an absolute nightmare. They advised me that UPS would be delivering the boots at last, 3 weeks after I bought them. I waited and no boots arrived. After a week nothing had still arrived. I tried e-mailing them 10 times but no one got back to me. The reference number for UPS they gave me was not valid. I tried ringing Aldo’s customer services but after 45mins on hold gave up twice, i finally got through on the third attempt to be told they had delivered them to a store in a different county instead, as UPS did not have my correct address. My address was correct on the confirmation e-mail so if that was true, then Aldo gave me my incorrect address. At this stage they offered for me to collect them from the store, but it was miles away. I asked for a refund and was advised I would see it across my account in 10 business days. After 12 days I rang them today to be advised that it still had not been processed internally, and would be shortly, and then I would receive my fund in a further 3-5 working days. So I will not receive my money back for over a month from the time I asked for a refund, and that if they keep their word today. I have been chasing this order now for over 2 months and I yet to either receive any boots or the money for the 2nd pair. I sincerely regret ever going near their website. They keep using the excuse of ‘The Holidays’, but I do alot of online shopping and I have not had any of these nightmarish scenarios with other retailers. If you’ve fallen for a pair of their shoes, do yourself a favour and order them in store. Their online facility is ridiculous.

I bought 3 chain extensions set from 466 Fulton Street, Brooklyn, 11201 Location (store number 2524).My receipt no is 572565 and the ID of the cashier i dealt with was [protected]. The associate name is Gina([protected]). First of all, i was waiting to pay for my item for 5 minutes while 2 of the staffs standing next to the available cash register talking about their lunch and weekend plans. I asked one of them to check the price for my item, She did, when i wanted to pay she said the other cashier will take me while she returned and start wandering around the store talking to the other cashier. she could have complete my purchase since she was in a free register but she didn”t. when the only working cashier became free, she walked away totally avoiding me, when i asked her she came back and took my item and throw on the other side of the table. i told her that i was actually trying to pay for that. She start by saying the other cashier “people are so dry today, i cant deal anymore”. she billed me the original price, i said they have 50% off, she said “Nope, this dont have 50% of, at most 30% (she has no clue about it, since an entire rack full of accessories are on 50% off sale)”, when i told her that the other cashier already confirmed me the price, she asked the other lady and when she knew i was right she told the other staff ” I can”t deal with her, u take it” she moved away from the register while i was standing there to pay. i continue my purchase with the other staff while she stood there and talk about how people are rude. at this point i was so furious i decided not to take matter in my hand and jus leave. I have the picture of the cashier and if this complain doesn”t resolve anything i will submit an official complaint to BBB with all the info.

I bought a Black size 7 formal shoe, took it back after realising that the left shoe was wider than the right. McDonald(they gentleman who assisted me) adviced me to pay an extra R250 to get another delivered in a weeks time, from another store. I bought a leather handbag at Aldo in November. But when you look at the bag now. All the corners of the bag the black colour has come off and it is now like a cardboard colour. I called the store now only to be told they dont sell leather handbags only synthethic leather. Yet when we bought the bag, and asked whether it was leather we were told yes. If I knew it was not. I would never have purchased such an expensive bag. I might as well have bought one on the flea market. I cannot believe that ALDO of all people and for those prices that it is not leather. I bought a pair of aldo shoes and wore it less than 1 month. I took it to aldo and the associate mentioned that he could repair them for me since the heel had come off. I went back to the store and another associate mentioned that they would not return or repair the shoe since the heel had some off, and it was from wear and tear!! I am very careful with my shoes and deserve a refund for them. I bought a pair of boots at Aldo online, received them only to notice that the seam was not sewed. I went to an Aldo store to see if they could be repaired, they took the boots and said it could take 1-2 weeks and they would call me. 2 weeks later no call, I call them, they haven’t been sent out yet. Two more weeks go buy no call, I call again, oh now the boots can’t be repaired! So a month goes by and no one tries to contact the customer to let the customer be aware of the situation, or send out merchandise to be repaired after 2 weeks. On top of that they didn’t have that boot in stock and couldn’t order me another pair and when I decided to get a different pair of boots they didn’t have those either and also couldn’t get them from another store. They couldn’t refund my money so they gave me a gift card for the amount of the boots, only to use for in-store purchases only. The next day I look online to see the original boots I wanted in my size, that they said they couldn’t order. Needless to say ALDO’S BOOTS ARE TRASH AND THE PLACE BLOWS. NOW I KNOW NOT TO WASTE MY TIME OR MONEY ON SUCH A ### PLACE WITH SERVICE THAT SUCKS. Thats ok cause I love to buy boots and most certainly give my business to such a rip off place. THANK YOU!! 🙂

I bought a pair of suede shoes from the Aldoshoes.ca website, had them shipped to the store, and when I went to pick them up, they were severely damaged and used. This is not the first time that this happened to me when buying shoes online. The same thing happened when I bought a pair of sandals, but the difference this time is that I needed these by a certain date since I would be travelling abroad for my sister’s graduation. I asked for a refund since I could not take these damaged shoes home with me, but everything was refunded except for the shipping fee. I was surprised that the shipping was not refunded for the damaged order for these reasons: – I bought these shoes online and had them shipped to the store, rather than my home address (if I went into the store and ordered them, the shipping would be free) and I would assume that the store gets regular shoe shipments, so therefore it would not be a stretch to have the shipping refunded – The Aldo shoes website has free shipping for orders over $75 and had I spent $6 more, shipping would be free. This makes me wonder that if they are able to offer free shipping based on how much a customer spends, then the same should hold true if there is a major problem for the purchase that the customer made online – Finally, it is unethical for them to make me pay for their mistakes and not refund the total purchase price When I phone Aldo Shoes customer service, I got the same story. I was told that I am paying for the UPS service to deliver the shoes to the store. If the shoes were not damaged, I would have taken them home with me but since they were, this was out of my control and I am still on the hook for a portion of the costs. Aldo shoes will not accept responsibility for their actions. After much negotiation with the telephone rep, I was given a 10% discount on my NEXT purchase — which I appreciate anything at this point that hints that Aldo has any concern for customer satisfaction, it is useless to me since I already have a discount card that gives me the same % off with each purchase. I told the rep this and she told me there was nothing else they could do, which demanded even more negotiating and explaining the situation, at which point I was put on hold for a very long time and finally they raised the discount to 15%, or lets say $2.50 more off on a $50 purchase. After this whole traitorous experience and having to deal with rude store employees and somewhat unhelpful telephone reps, I did not get my shoes in time or my shipping refunded. I bought a pair of white flats on sale and wore them only 4 times within one week (walked only on hard wood floors and once on pavement). Half of the shoe sole is already gone. In addition to that, they get scratched really easily and a part of the side of the shoe is already completely worn out and you can see layers of what the shoe is made of which looks a LOT like cardboard. I would LOVE to get my money back even though they were on sale. Will attempt to return but it will probably be useless judging by other reviews here.

I bought a purse for my mom for her birthday on january 3rd /2018 and then I got home and I removed the price tag of the purse so my mom doesnt see the price and then I showed her the purse and then she said it wasnt her style so why dont we go to the mall and buy a new one. On january 6th/2018 we went to go buy the purse my mom wanted and after purchasing that purse she told me to go return the aldo purse. I went and asked the lady to return it and told her nothing is wrong with it then she noticed there was no tag on it and she told me I cant return it. I can only do exchange. I told her I have the ticket price and she said our policy is if the tag is removed we cannot accept the return. Then I got pissed off and told them I have the reciept and they made a big issue and talking to me with all attitude. They were being so racist to me. They gave me the worst customer service and I noticed that the lady that was ahead of me got treated really well with a smile and great customer service and when it was my turn all 3 workers there were being rude to me and talking with attitude. Until they made me cry infront of them and customers staring at me. And all they said is sorry and didnt do anything. I told them you guys have really bad customer service and I learnt my lesson not to deal with aldo again.

I bought a red aldo bag when I was in dbn on holiday. I wore it 4 times as its a dress up bag. I discovered in the corner of the bag it has a big hole. The bag is practically brand new and hardly worn. It”s disappointing I pd 900 that”s not cheap. And I have a black also bag I bought and it”s sagging badly I paid 799 for it. I bought a shoe from the store but they didn”t have my size so it was shipped. I bought for an occasion, it said it will come before that date but then it came late and couldn”t wear it. When I received it the shoe was damaged and the box was damaged too. When I opened it I just wore it to see if that fits me. I was busy in the summer with my summer class so I took it to the store after a month but as a policy I can change it within two months. The employee were very rude and they said oh it”s Woren We can change it she is lying right in front of me. This is not how customer service should look like. I bought a shoes from Aldo shop in Makkah city in Abraj albeit complex for 400 saudi riyals. Since then there is a sound coming from the left pair while touching the ground. This sound is not coming from the right pair. I bought shoes from Aldo last year I haven’t wore that shoes too much. Last week I have found sole is Completely comming off contacted them through facebook they adviced me to visit nearest branch and show them. They will take appropriate action. I visited store they said contact them again on facebook because they haven’t told you manager name or the person was dealing to you. I bought shoes in store and then returned them to the warehouse, as told to do that and then I would get my refund. I have had a run around with getting my refund it has been five months. My case number is C03505509. Started the refund process in August. Saying they would send out the cheque. Check never arrived and then after a couple if months if this said oh sorry cheque was never sent. Then said would direct deposit so gave my bank account number which I felt was my only option. Then said would take a couple days still no deposit. Again they said sorry money bounced back. Now again saying they will send another cheque. One very unhappy customer.
