If we catch ourselves in addictive cycles or patterns, we feel defeated because nothing we‚Äôve tried seems to be working. Maybe we battle with anxiety and depression; unable to get out of bed. I blend evidenced-based therapies with mindfulness, creative expression, holistic practices and writing exercises. I work with adults, college students and adolescents struggling with self-esteem, life transitions, trauma, spirituality, and recovery from mental illness, addictions and past experiences.When we work together, I hold a space for you to open up and feel empowered.
