My experience with the Alfa Romeo Fiat of Strongsville was awful. I never imagined there was low- quality customer service in the market until my recent experience.
I recently secured a job as a supply chain manager in a private company on the outskirts of Strongsville. Commuting to work every morning by taxi was not an existing experience. I got late to work a couple of times, and my immediate supervisor was not happy about it. The taxi was always slow, and I had to waste a lot of time. Getting late to work when you are on probation does not add up to a good score on the performance appraisal sheet, and this is why I decide to buy a car with my first salary. I was running on a budget and thus decided to settle for a second-hand car that was fully functional. In Strongsville, there are many dealers offering second-hand cars and having checked a few of them online. I finally came across Alfa Romeo Fiat of Strongsville and decided to settle for their low prices. According to their online description, the company has been operational for more than five years, meaning they were enjoying economies of experience. I checked out some of the used inventory they had in stock, and I settled for a used 2019 Stelvio sport. The available images demonstrated a perfect car that I couldn’t resist considering I was in need of one.
Having checked the specifications, I was sure this was my dream car. I called the provided number on their website, and there was no one to pick up my call. I did not find this surprising since it was over the lunch hour. I assumed the receptionist was out having lunch. To my surprise, there was no one to answer my phone until 4 PM in the evening. The lady who answered the phone seemed misinformed about the car I intended to buy. I assumed she was new in the company and asked to redirect me to the manager. She requested me to hand up since the manager was busy in another transaction and would call when he was free. After waiting for two hours, the manager finally called me. During the call, the manager kept keeping orders to employees, which I did not find pleasing. However, he managed to book me an appointment the following day at 2 PM.
I arrived at the company a few minutes before 2 PM for the viewing. I was disappointed to find out the manger was out of the office and had to wait up to 3 PM. The receptionist did not offer much comfort as she kept switching between her social media pages on her desktop. I got fed up, and I was about to leave, the manager walked in. I viewed the car and liked its amazing features. My local mechanic checked the engine to ascertain it was in perfect condition before buying. Although I received my 2019 Stelvio sport in perfect condition, the customer service offered was pathetic and would not buy another car from the Alfa Romeo Fiat of Strongsville.
