I am a family man and was not comfortable with my kids boarding the bus to school every morning. I am also an employed accountant, and getting to work was a bit tricky as the train was always crowded. Buying a car meant that I would conveniently take my kids to school on my to work. I looked at available car dealers in toledo who offered new vehicles at affordable prices. I looked for dealers online, talked to friends, and visited many car exhibition rooms before I settled for Alfa Romeo of Toledo note knowing it was a mistake. This car dealer offered new Alfa Romeo and SUVs at affordable prices, something that lured me to them. To be sure the model I desired was in stick, I tried calling the number offered on their online website, but there was no one to answer. The phone was set to answer, which offered an external contact. On calling the contact, the manager answered me. To my surprise, he was not sure whether the Fiat model I was looking for was in stock. He requested me to hand up so he could have a chance to look at the records and later call me with full details. This was odd, but I trusted their appealing online presence. After 6 hours, I received a call from the manager claiming the car was in stock, but they can order it and ship it to me within 3 days. This did not sound right, but since the dealer was offering low prices for this particular car, I obliged the request. Before Alfa Romeo of Toledo could order a car, the buyer had to pay the full amount. As things were not following as expected, I decided to visit their office to pay for the Fiat. It took me a few hours to arrive at the indicated address through a taxi. Finding their office was not as easy as I expected since the area was a bit crowded, but with guidance from local inhabitants, I was able to find their offices. At the reception, I found a young lady who supposedly was the secretary or the receptionist. I told the lady the reason for my visit. To my surprise, she didn’t take an interest in my case as she kept staring at her desktop. She told me to wait in the waiting area before she contacted the manager. After 30 minutes, a well-built man approached me, claiming to be the manager. We walked to his office and had price negotiations. After a lengthy session, we finally agreed on a price, and the car was to be delivered within two days. I made the payment and left a happy man. After two days, the car was not delivered. I called the manager a few times before getting hold of him. This got me worried, but he finally called me and explained why there was a delay. He gave me his word the car would be delivered within the next two days. To my surprise, the car was delivered after seven days. Although the car was in good shape, I did not like the experience.
