I called the customer service number and spoke with Erin because we had $93.80 added to our statement at first she could not find the problem and told me to check my July statement so as she suggessted I did just that and could not see why she was charging me an additional 93.80 so I called back and she now tells me to check my June statement because Home Depot has put payments into our account that should not be there so now we need to give the money back. She talked to me like I was stupid and I was very offended I asked to speak to a supervisor just to be hung up on. I am so unhappy with the treatment that it far outways the $93.80 I want the $93.80 taken off my bill because of the treatment and ignorance of Erin.
