All About Puppies

DO NOT SUPPORT THESE MONSTERS. Literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life…they ruined our family’s Christmas and broke our child’s heart. I have never left a review of anyone, but their behavior was absolutely outrageous. Drove hours for a particular puppy I had inquired about several times over the course of a week and they screwed us. When no other customer was in the picture, they were happy to send pictures, send texts with information, call to make sure we were coming and even OFFERED to put a courtesy hold to give me time to drive my child to meet the pup from quite far away. Arrived exactly when I said I would, and warned them we were coming from far away, but as I was unbuckling my child from my car outside of the store to bring him in and meet his Christmas present–THEY SOLD THE DOG OUT FROM UNDER US. No texts then. No phone calls then. No “hey, are you here? Someone else is interested.” Absolute radio silence. And when we were rightfully upset…standing there with our kid fully expecting to meet his new pup… they did not express an OUNCE of sympathy. If this is how they are willing to treat a customer that drove from far away to shell out $2500 for an astonishingly overpriced dog, ask yourself how they will treat you. I really hope the commission was worth it, because instead of a happy customer, your unacceptable behavior has created a family that will spread our horrible experience with this store as far and wide as we can for years to come.
