This company is UNRELIABLE! They do not show when they tell you they will be at your home. They break promises made for appointments and have every excuse in the book when they are a no show. They made four appointments with me. The first cancellation was because it was too dark, the next was because it was raining, the third was a no show, and the fourth was because I didn’t confirm my appointment. In fact, I had confirmed my appointment the night before with their employee named Samantha and when I told them this, they said it was not showing up on their records. Then they tried to tell me my husband canceled when they were on their way to my home, which was a complete lie. I took one day off from work, and left early one day. In the end, I still received no service. They are a pathetic company and should be put out of business. .
