We hired this company because a friend recommended them. But we should have done better research. They were contracted to move our personnel belonging from Jupiter Florida to Evans Georgia. We were very adamant about asking question on how they pack and we were assured that everything would be fine and we would not need to worry or lift a finger. All lies. We pulled out after the first truck was loaded. Little did we know the second truck was basically thrown together and not wrapped or secured. They arrive 4 hours late in Evans at our new home. And there was no one to help unload two trucks except the 2 drivers that just drove 12 hours. So we had a choice go to a hotel or unload our own trucks we paid to have unloaded. We found out from the drivers that one of the guys loading at the house got caught using cocaine on our Florida Home. Could it get worse….unfortunately yes. We feed the drivers and insisted they stay the night and start in the morning Next morning we all continue to unload. Our furniture was damage, 63″ tv destroyed our stuff was scattered everywhere. Our dinning room table scratch beyond repair. The driver informed us they ran out of packing material and the owner refused to get them any. There was so much damage I prefer not to write it down again. Over $10,000 We took pictures and submitted and were told we can get $600.00 and this had never happened before. We are still waiting for the $600 At this point we contested the charges on our Amex and PayPal. But unfortunately PayPal can not help us because he told us to run it as a personal charge not a company charge. Remember that. We hired a attorney and it will cost us more in legal fees than we will recover. We never signed a contract. This is the worst way to start your new life in a new city. Never hire this company.
