96′ Grand Voyager was illegally towed from a shopping plaza. When I went to pick up the van they tried to say that they already had the tilte to the van. When I asked to she it they flashed a copy of a title. And they tried to tell me that my fax of the title would only allow me to get my possessions out of the vechile even thought the van’s registeration was in the vizer, the insurance was valid and I had written proof and the licences plates where still on the vechile had to get the van out. then they tried to say the only way I could get my things out of the van would be to sign a piece of paper. I refused knowing it was just away for them to trick me into signing my van over to them. They said they sent for a title but during the period of time that the van was impounded I never recieve any mail stating that they were filing an abandon title and I periodically called so they new that the van was not abandoned.
