I was a verzion customer for years. I bought the new android phone. I didn’t like it so I went back to the store in holland mi. I wanted a i phone. They told me I would have to pay another 400.00 for a new one . And they would only give me 2.00 for the android phone i just got two weeks ago.. so I went and got a new phone from sprint. I cancelled my account from Verizon . Asked to pay every thing off and wouldn’t and said I had to wait for my final bill in the mail. I waited nothing ever came for three months. Then they said i owed 650.00 for canseling early. So I sent them some money on the bill 350.00 to start after setting up a payment system with them. Then they sent me a new bill for 925.00 I called and went to the store again in holland. They told me that they were charging me for another account that I didn’t have. So now one month later they want want 1500. So wrong I will never use verzion again. I feel that they stolen my money..
