Was very unhappy with the quality of customer service with this company. I ordered the Skin-eze capsules for my dog for his skin allergies did exactly how the directions said to administer with food and shortly after he was violently ill. He was so sick it scared me and I rushed him to the vet. I spoke to an allergic Pet representative about getting a refund for this item and explained what had happened. She was non sympathetic to the concern of my dog and insisted that I read their refund policy. I have read the policy it stated if the bottle was open there are no refunds. how are you to know if you will be satisfied with the product if you do not try it?? I told her that there was only 1 pill taken and I have proof that the dog was taken to the vet and would provide proof. She stated again if the bottle is open we can not refund and in a very rude tone. I asked if there was a supervisor I could speak to she said she was the supervisor. I then asked well who is your supervisor or who do you report to? she said no one very rudely. Poor customer service and obviously they do not care about keeping their customers happy. If you love your pet I highly advise you do not use this product because if something horrible should happen taking this product they will not care at all. My dog is my family, my loved one it would be like losing a family member and if something would have happened to him I guarantee I will be haunting this company forever. Please be careful. Thank you
