We moved from TX to OH and chose Allied Moving, a supposedly reputable company. In the process of unloading our furnishings at our home in OH, they dropped our baby grand piano! The result was it broke the harp which is irrepairable according to a piano expert we hired to inspect it. It was entirely their fault as it was nothing but carelessness but they still refused to fix it. I called and wrote but they would not fix the broken harp. I will NEVER use Allied again even if they paid me for they ruined a $6,000 piano. .
