We are a 2nd plastic surgery clinic in SF, that fell into a trap of purchasing a medical equipment in June 2019 from Troy Johnson of Allure Aesthetics Inc with no equipment delivery or refund. Our check for $48,300 was cashed immediately and equipment delivery was promised for that week and kept getting extended with lots of reasons on his side. Over 2 months now, he’s promising a refund and even faked a money transfer but when we called the bank, they said it was falsified information. We are not the only victims that fell into this fraudulent activity. There are many doctors and spas that are on yelp and websites when googling his name with business. We are extremely frustrated with the run around in getting our money back. He has a bad track record and no one seems to be able to catch him or stop him.
