Free trial of beauty serum and cream offered for postage only of £3.95 per item. Nowhere did it say that if I did not contact the company within 14 days I would be billed for £86.85 and £89.85 for the two ‘trail’ products. I have received my bank statement tody to discover that I £86.85 and £89.85 have been taken from my bank account. I have tried to contact Alore by telephone to complain and to request that they do not take any more money from my bank account or send any further products, as since I looked into this company I understand they have continued to send unwanted products to other customers and take money from their accounts. The number 0800014877 appears on my bank statement next to the company name and I assume this to be their contact number, however the number is constantly engaged. .
