Last month Murugesan, Divisional manager had recruited 12 fresher t our company. The worst side is that all are not skilled and all are from his native place. Murugesan wants to keep all these newly recruited employees with good pay. He had recruited new employees by taking bribe from them. All the projects handled by Alpha data is done below the industry standards. managers had taken bribe from other companies and given sub contract to those who had bribed them. Whatever they do, no one is checking whether work is done properly or not and full payment is done for then without any verification. The reputation of the company is getting maligned of this and it will affect the future projects. It company is going in this way, with in short span cabling division will be locked out. The supervisors are getting more pay than Engineers. I request our honorable chairman to take action against this or otherwise just enquire about the internal matters. Then I can publish here the problems faced by Engineers. The salary structure of the fresher recruited by Murugeshan is 1400. At the same time salary of employees who are working with company for 4 – 5 years is [protected]. The new employees don’t have any technical knowledge and they don’t bother about whatever happens to company. Dear chairman, please check what your company managers are doing? Murugesan is not paying overtime to anyone. In all other divisions employees are paid with Bonus and overtime. He is seeing the employees as a slave to him. We really felt bad of the mismanagement of the company. Whatever his associates do, Murugeshan will support it.
