I bought a goodman package unit thinking wire it your done.all went fine until we turned the unit on for this season and it blew a condenser line in the coil. tech said it is not repairable check your warranty. The unit is only 9 months old so the warranty is good. dont get happy yet alpine wants you to remove the condenser coil $$$ship it to them at your cost$$ then they will determine if it is a warranty item. If it is then you get to pay shipping $$ on that also.now you have your part but guess what the tech has to reinstall it $$$ and recharge the whole system with freon $$$ it has now been way over a month since i sent the part in for the warranty still no part one email after all of my calls to state it is on back order. please if want a company that cares about its customers go somewhere besides alpine home air.
