Alvarez Tires

Made an appointment with Alvarez Tires to have the struts replaced on my 1992 Toyota Camry. I had to pay 200.00 for a down payment for the parts.One week later I kept the appointment to have my struts changed. I picked up the car on the same day, and was told that the repairs were done. I found out this was not true, I had someone check out the car and we found that key parts were left out of the strut assemblies for all four wheels. after paying 850.00 for this job I found that the work done was of an inferior nature. Raul Alvarez, company owner, Failed to show up for the appointment he made with me to observe the poor workmanship that was done on my car.I have pictures and reciepts. I have found that 10.00 had been added to each part and was entered on customer receipt as sales tax based on this 40.00 increase. They said that we could not have old parts off of my car because their was a core charge of which when calling the parts place that they said they ordered the parts from said their was no core charge for these parts I wonder what that extra money was for their next trip to Rocky point?
