dear agent, my shipment [protected] i places this order on 19th august 2018. i did receive a message that i will receive it on 20th august which did not happen then i contacted customer care number today, no apologies from them for the delay . after our call to customer care another message came in that will it be delivered on 23rd august i am sorry to say this but this is very unprofessional way of dealing with ur customers.appreciate if u can consider this matter urgently Thanks Louis
