Poor quality of workmanship for quality of material and poor quality of attitude of the people. The studio as a whole does Provide an up charge on every little thing that is done and their facility or at their Studio. The workmanship is pathetic. It is explained in the beginning and is never made clear to the customer that for everything there would be an up charge. There are hell out of charges which are hidden and we are not explained. They are just looking to charge extra. If my stylist is better than others, then I would be charged extra. If my stylist is famous, I would be charged extra. Maybe if I sneeze I would be charged extra Maybe. They don’t do a very good job at explaining to their customers. What are the charges what needs to be done? What are the packages? What are the plans nothing?

The prices are definitely very high. And I would find a way better prices at anywhere else and better customer service. The assistants themselves. They are not at all well versed. In customer handling neither are at all interested in working. That was very poor attitude towards work and the customers as well. I had to cancel my membership. After a year almost When I went to this month earlier, they said I did not need to go for a termination of my contract because it was already towards the terms end and that as soon as it is over I could get it cancelled. I got charged today. For another month Whereas I had told them specifically that I want to cancel as soon as my term is over. I called Nicole who Claims to be a manager there. And explain the situation You should look at the attitude of the lady. She has got a very serious attitude very bad customer service skills. She doesn’t know how to take a beam. She doesn’t know how to accept her mistakes, and she definitely doesn’t know how to talk to a customer. She knows that it is their fault in them is communication, but she would not do anything about it and putting the blame on the customer. I myself have been working in customer service and I know the customer is always right.
