This is directed at the Austin location of American Dream Vacations. In short…find another option. False promises and garbage customer service on the day of pickup me to led me to request one day of rental ($250) be reimbursed from an $1800 rental fee. We were blown off and had to take the issue to the Austin BBB and binding arbitration. I won in arbitration, and then the guy tried to not pay me. The Austin location is only a license agreement holder, and the Boerne Corporate ADV offices claim no authority over him whatsoever. What???
