We made the mistake of requiring all disputes to be resolved by the AAA. Big — VERY BIG — MISTAKE! WE have been suffering in arbitration going on 4 years now and nothing. KEEP FAR, FAR, AWAY, AND USE THE JUDICIAL PROCESS! | We have spent tens of thousands of dollars, had one meeting after the other and got nowhere except continuous adjournments.
