Worst insurance company ever! They don’t care about people. Our up-stair neighbor is their policy owner and got flooded back in November. Our unit is in a disaster shape due to that flood since then. We have been forced to live in the unit in freezing cold winter and have been in extreme stress due to this careless insurance company. Now we are getting contractors to fix the unit. During the construction process, we are going to lose use of our unit- the furnitures have to move out and stored in a storage and we have to find a place to live. I have allergy to the dust and staying at home will kill me. On top of it the unit will be out of order as the entire kitchen appliances and furniture have to move out during the construction. we asked this insurance company to cover the expenses due this damage caused by their policy holder. They don’t return our calls and cover any of the expenses. We are extremely frustrated with this company. They assigned the case to Rachel Green and Jim Headley, third party administrator at American Claims Management, and he is not returning our calls and help us. We are already living in a disaster place due to the damage and now we have to deal with this irresponsible and careless company.
