This is another one of those services that have been extorting money from patients and misleading them. I got the basic root canal down from the institution. But did not find a very good solution to my problem. Definitely the doctors were not up to the mark and their skills were not up to the mark. They needed to be brushed up more. They were not very professional in their behavior. Neither. Were they very professional in their customer service. The assistant kept on insisting that I go for a different procedure than the root canal. Whereas I knew full well that root canal is what my doctor suggested and that is what I would get it done. So when they did saw that I was not agreeing to their proposals that is when their attitude towards me changed. So I’m not sure if this was just to hike the price. And extort more from me or was it that they were not very skilled at root canal, so I’m not sure.

But yes, definitely if they wanted to extort and if they want to extort which they have been doing for the last couple of months, but I haven’t paid them a single penny because my root canal was covered. And I wouldn’t. Be them anything extra that is what I was advised by my insurance. So definitely they are not getting anything from me. There is no co-payment liability for me. So definitely I would not have to pay anything and everything is covered by the FSA. So I won’t have to worry. Definitely, they did not behave properly with me. They were very rude. Even the doctors were very rude. Let alone the assistants. I would definitely not like to go for another visit to that facility or to those doctors ever again and neither. Would I recommend anyone else.
