I applied for a mortgage refinance program and paid this company nearly $1,000. The refi was never completed and my calls were never returned. | This company took all of my money and promised me a refi on my home. I was never able to contact them by phone, and they would only respond via email after I had left numerous messages. They accused me of being intoxicated and crazy when I questioned when my loan would be processed. I was told that an appraiser would be out to my home and they never showed up. When I told them that I was going to find another company due to their lack of professionalism, communication, and integrity, I was threatened with being sent to FedChex and collections. They never provided me with any paperwork showing that my loan process had begun, even after nearly 4 months. I have tried to contact the company with the phone number they’ve provided, but it is disconnected. I have also tried to contact the owner vis his “personal cell phone” and that too, along with their fax number has been disconnected. I am a senior citizen and live on a fixed income. We have paid this “company/man” a lot of money that we really didn’t have with the promise that we were “pre-approved” for a refi. Only to find out that the paperwork had not yet been processed. They would only contact me by phone when I finally put a stop payment on my account. This nightmare has gone on too long and I fear that they are out scamming other elderly people on fixed income for their own gain. They are extremely shady, unprofessional, and crooks. They have also stated that they have an A rating with the BBB, when in fact, they do not.
