It was really a bad decision to contact AHS after my AC started malfunctioning. I had to call them several times to get a contractor to visit my place. The one who came was very unhelpful and to be honest greedy. Even after a week now my AC remains the same and I don’t have any other option than cancelling the relationship with them.
Earlier many of my friends did the same but I ignored them. Mostly they had the same type of issues. Calling too many times to get service was common to all of them. I think though they have been around for more than two decades, fail to maintain a good relationship with their customers. Surely, old is not gold when you come across AHS. Also to renew contracts you get contacted soon enough and the US-based person shows up but when you need service or make a call the scenario is completely different. The call centres mostly end up the ones outsourced to a third-world, known- English speaking countries. I think they are only here to earn money and cut down their costs. It is the worst company I have ever seen. I think I was crazy when I preferred AHS over Amazon Home. The latter is so cheap and effective. I am going to contact Amazon pretty soon and end my innings with AHS. I am a very unhappy customer of this company and have lost a lot of money.
At the moment, I am really worried about my AC. I wonder what if I have issues with my fridge or anything else tomorrow. This company needs to be avoided very fast. I would highly discourage everyone about AHS. Whenever you need good service they will surely disappoint you and you will end up in misery.
