On February 16, 2018 I went to the clinic located at 1850 Lakepointe drive Ste. 500, Lewisville, TX 75057. They gave me three different samples to try and find out which one would work for me. It turns out none of them had any effect on me, I called and informed them about what happened, they asked me to go again and try other options. | On April 6th, 2018 at 11:30 I went to the clinic, as soon as the doctor walked into the room started yelling at me, he was very threatening and ruthless. The doctor states, “you are a big head and you sabotaged yourself that is the reason why the pills do not work on you”. This doctor was constantly raising his voice. Every time I try to speak up he says, “excuse me!!!” ” I am telling you what to do”!!! | He was referring to me as I was a total ignorant person. I felt humiliated, the way he treated me is totally unacceptable. He also states, “Go to see an urologist and pay a lot of money because you do not even have insurance” to which I replied I do have health insurance. I am very upset for what happened to me in this clinic. I went there looking for help for my medical condition NOT to get blamed and yelled by this unprofessional person. I do demand my money back. | They made me pay $499 in advance for a medicine I never received. At first they said, you will get your money in 14 days, it never happened. I called customer service numerous time and they are not helpful at all. Finally after so many calls and emails I got response, they sent an email and said there is no reason for them to give me my money ($499) back.
