Erroneous locking of account causing re-taking the entire 4 hours over again. After completing nearly 3 hours of coursework of the 4 hours required, I received an error when logging back in. I called your customer service and she told me that I was answering one question incorrectly – was I born in the state of Florida? Which she told me I answered Yes when logging in the first time. I didn’t because I wasn’t born in Florida. But I did what I was told and my account because completely locked out. Imagine my frustration when she blamed me for answering the question incorrectly after we just discussed the correct way! Then she told me I had to take the entire test over again – all 4 hours! I only had 45 minutes left! To top it off, today is the last day I have to complete the course. Now I have to spend the next 4 hours from 8 to midnight to complete and I have to go to work at 6 am tomorrow. I feel like I should be compensated for my time since I have to do entire course over again in 1 night (yes, today is my last day of the 90 days, but I figured I only had 45 minutes left to do!) Then she hung up on me and I had to call back! Worst service and product I have ever used, even the interface looks like it was built int the 90’s. They definitely have a problem with their database recording my entries correctly.
